Arriving on the Costa del Sol in the early 1990's the founder of the buisness, Steve Mawdsley worked as a musician and singer for several years.  After meeting his wife and children being born  in the early 2000's moved into estate agency. In the 1990's  an estate agent was a regulated profession. This meant you had to study property law be able to do all the legal work involved in the conveyancing of  property in Spain which in turn meant  you had to be a member of a professional body.  After qualifying Steve opened his own estate agency & conveyancing business building  long term relationships with lawyers, accountants and many other professionals on the coast.
